DIY Recycled Pikachu Hanging Flowerpot

You will need:

  • 5L or 8L plastic bottle
  • Craft scalpel or cutter
  • Glue
  • Spray paint
  • Acrylic paint and brushes
  • Soil and plants

Instructions:

Step 1. Cut the plastic bottle

Cut a rectangle on each of the four side faces of the bottle. Using the remaining plastic squares, cut out what will be Pikachu’s two ears. Make them oval but leave one of the ends straight so that you can stick it to the bottle. And stick them to the side and side of the lid.

With the tip of the scalpel, the cutter or even a needle, make small holes in the bottom of the bottle for the plant to breathe.

Step 2. Paint it!

If you want, you can file the trimmed ends of the plastic to avoid hurting yourself. And now it only remains to paint it: cover everything with the yellow spray and, when it has dried, paint the eyes, the nose, the cheeks and the black tip of the ears.

Step 3. Make the leaves with the green paper

And now you just need to put your plant! Cover the bottom with soil and plant your seeds or transplant your flowers. They will look beautiful hanging in your home or your garden!
